I feel like it was just a week ago that I was prepping for summer shows and now I'm already recapping them.
( Sorry in advance that I don't know enough coding to arrange the photos in the blog in a more aesthetically pleasing, easily digestible manner, already added to the winter 2025 to-do list).
First I want to thank everyone that supported my business this summer, whether it was online or in person, whether you bought something or just admired something, I appreciate all of you so much.
From Memorial day to Labor day I sold my art in Falmouth, Eastham, Mashpee, Cotuit, Wellfleet, Hyannis, and Chatham, selling in some of those locations multiple times a month. On the Cape, we are so lucky to have a busy summer season where our art can be seen by so many across the country and WORLD who visit our little corner of the globe during the summer months.
I was lucky enough to send my art off to homes in MA, RI, CT, NY, NH, VT, ME, CA, FL, TX, MI, MS, MO, IL, AL, LA, WA, OH, HI, AL, TN, KY, and probably more that I didn't note! My art also went off to homes across the globe in Ireland, Australia, Scotland, New Zealand, Italy, France, England, Taiwan, Mexico, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, and more! I am just so honored to have my art across the world and that it can resonate with so many. From nurseries, to dorm rooms, new homes, second homes, I am so humbled to have my art be a part of your spaces.

This was the first summer that all of my original paintings from my summer collection sold before the summer was over, I was not anticipating that! I had planned to paint a summer collection part 2, but summer just got a little too crazy! So I painted a few more pieces inspired by some pictures from friends and some from my archives that inspired me.

It was my first summer selling painted bags AND totes! Plus most importantly we actually had hydrangeas bloom this year! The blooms were amazing, and I took (continue to take) advantage of their inspiring colors to use in my art, with my art, and to obviously decorate my shanty with.

And of course who could forget, Sharkdrangea. We got to celebrate shark week AND Hydrangea fest, for the crossover no one asked for, but thankfully you all loved!
I was honored to create the artwork for the summer Love Local Fest (and fall!). It was such a fun, creatively challenging project.
I got to meet so many new people, and see so many returning faces. It means so much to me, that i have become a part of so many of your summer traditions year after year now.
Although I do paint everything, I didn't do this all alone. My family, boyfriend, and friends, are so helpful and supportive. Thanks to my parents for helping me set up for shows in crazy summer heat, wind, rain, and what ever element mother nature decides to throw at us.
Now with such a busy, crazy, summer schedule, I did have to put a bit of website work, and email newsletters on the back burner. So next year hopefully, I'll be able to add on employees to help with the balance of this, and then maybe I'll be able to get the summer collection online before summer is over! And do a summer recap before it's fall, whoops!
Sold lots of shirted sea life! One of the bestsellers this summer!
and painted LOTS of mini originals!
Some more shanty moments since I spend all winter planning this:
So many beautiful sunsets!
Thank you all again for a great summer.
